Regarding the refund of returns
(1) If the goods you receive are defective, inconsistent with the description or incorrect, the buyer can apply for a refund within 15 days after confirming the receipt.
(2) If your goods are not delivered, the buyer can apply for a refund within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
(3) From the date you confirm receipt of the goods, the validity period of applying for a refund is 15 days. Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
① Your own damaged goods
② Personalized and customized goods
③ Perishable goods (such as flowers)
④ Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
(4) Let the UOKA platform know what the problem is, select the reason for return/refund from the list provided, and please upload any supporting information (images, screenshots, etc.), which will help you reach a satisfactory solution with the UOKA platform. You can check the application progress regularly under the Return/Refund tab of the order.
(5) The amount of refund depends on the purchase method and time of the goods and the condition of the goods.
(6) About the return fee:
If you change your mind and decide to return the goods, you will bear the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are defective, the received goods are inconsistent with the description or the goods are incorrect, the return fee will be borne by UOKA platform.
(7) Regarding the refund time:
The refund may take 10 working days to arrive, depending on your original payment method and platform refund time (postponed on weekends and holidays, etc.), and we will return the refund the same way.
